I’m Paula Simmons and I’m a Virtual Assistant.

I am a Kent-based, extremely organised multitasker with over 17 years of experience in client facing roles specialising in Project Management, Customer Service and Office Administration. I have worked as a Digital Project Manager for the last 10 years for a variety of clients such as Robbie Williams, ITV, Shepherd Neame and the National Crime Agency.

I thrive on planning, problem-solving and completing to-do lists. I’m IT savvy and familiar with all Microsoft Office, Mac iWork and Google applications.

Throughout the years I have gained experience and developed skills in a wide variety of areas and this was the idea behind setting up a business where I can use those skills to help others. The relevant ones anyway, you probably wouldn’t want to pay me to juggle!

Why me? I’m remote-based so I won’t take up office space, I’m self-employed so you only pay me for the job(s) I do for you and not for time I spend at the coffee machine and I’m nice, so we will probably get along.
